According to Cal State Fullerton’s Business Expectations Survey, which measures hiring, sales, purchasing, capital investment and profit forecasts of local business owners and executives, OC executives are feeling significantly optimistic. This quarter’s rankings were raised seven points, from 88.2 to 95.2 quarter-over-quarter. This spurt represents one of the highest rankings of expectations in years.
