Preparing for the Super Bowl
WHAT: Here’s your chance to see the L.A. Rams prepare for a run at this year’s Super Bowl. Training camp at UC Irvine includes daily practice sessions, autographs, giveaways and entertainment.
Don’t forget lawn chairs or blankets for sitting on the grass, and you can also bring a picnic or purchase treats from one of the gourmet food trucks on-site.

Symphony in the park
WHAT: Internationally acclaimed Maestro Carl St.Clair will lead a special outdoor performance of the Pacific Symphony at Mike Ward Community Park. Prior to the 7 p.m. concert, the symphony will host a “Musical Playground” where kids can experience interactive activities, meet musicians, and even join a conducting workshop with St.Clair.

Women’s Softball World Cup
WHAT: Sixteen Junior National Teams, spanning five continents, will compete for the World Champions title. This biennial tournament will showcase 62 games with 320 athletes over eight days of global competition.

Family Hike: Agua Chinon
WHAT: Enjoy an early evening family hike in Agua Chinon, part of the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks. The 3-mile hike offers a gradual 500-foot climb and features scenic vistas stretching to the coast, with Catalina Island visible in the distance. This hike originates in the city of Irvine and travels into OC Parks’ Limestone Canyon Nature Preserve.
