An Olympic-length pool and business cabanas will be added attractions of Irvine Company’s Spectrum Terrace office campus, due to be completed by August 2022. Workers at the campus already enjoy amenities including a resort-quality fitness center, an indoor and outdoor event venue, and grab-and-go gourmet food. Such enjoyable surroundings help Irvine and the region attract a highly educated workforce and companies providing more high-paying tech jobs than anywhere else in North America, according to a report by the CBRE real estate investment group.
