Movies, margaritas and a makers market

Nearly 20 new merchants opened in recent months, in time to greet summer shoppers. We expect more to open their doors in the coming months.

The Spectrum scene

Regal Irvine Spectrum – the brand’s top-performing location in the country – just unveiled a multimillion dollar renovation. Catch a summer blockbuster at its new ScreenX and 4DX viewing experiences.

While you’re at Spectrum, you can’t miss Javier’s new patio. Its lush landscaping is transportive with more than 700 exotic trees – a perfect spot to have a margarita and relax.

New grocers

At Westpark and Northpark plazas, two new H Marts are opening in the coming weeks. The brand has gained a tremendous following to become one of the fastest-growing chains in the United States. It’s also a family-owned grocer that Irvine’s residents will love.

Local artisans

At Irvine Company, we’ve also launched new programs, like the Makers Market – an open-air market concept at Woodbury and Woodbridge village centers. Our aim is to celebrate local artisans who make a difference in Irvine – people like Diana Mendoza, who crafts handmade candles through her shop, Never Alone Candles, and donates portions of the proceeds to charity. This month, the Makers Market will be open at both centers, starting at 10 a.m. July 10-11.

Most importantly, you are back to the places you love to shop and dine. It makes us so proud to see cheerful faces being welcomed by merchants across our open-air centers.

P.S. Don’t forget to download our Retail Therapy app for hundreds of discounts from restaurants, retailers, spas, salons and more in Irvine.
