Two ways to tour Eastwood’s Fresco

by TOM BERG

Fresco – Eastwood Village’s newest community – has been well received by buyers since opening two months ago.

And while many visit the neighborhood’s three models by private appointment, many more are using Irvine Pacific’s unique 3D virtual tour system to experience the homes.

“Buying a home is such a personal decision,” says Kristen Huang, senior sales counselor for Irvine Pacific. “Our virtual tours allow prospective buyers to get a real sense of our new homes without any distractions.”

Fresco’s online tours allow viewers to walk through a model, stroll down a hallway or measure a kitchen or bedroom to start their interior design planning. It can even be viewed with virtual reality systems to provide a fully immersive experience. Easily shared, it’s also a way to engage friends and family in the homebuying process.

Irvine Pacific offers self-guided 360° virtual tours for all of its new-home neighborhoods at IrvinePacific.com, or schedule a private, in-person model home tour when you visit the website.
