Irvine Pacific leads nation in customer satisfaction

The company collects five first-place and 14 overall awards at Homebuyers’ Choice Awards.

Surveys of 125,000 new-home buyers rank homebuilder Irvine Pacific first in five categories of customer satisfaction.

Irvine Pacific, which builds homes in Orchard Hills, Portola Springs, Eastwood and Los Olivos, outperformed 150 national homebuilders in the categories of design, purchase experience, referral sales, customer service and sales representation.

In all, Irvine Pacific collected 14 national awards in 13 categories at the 23rd annual Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards.

Irvine Pacific’s Terri Mendoza, who sells new homes in Orchard Hills, received the nation’s Sales Representative of the Year award.

“I love helping people find their dream home,” Mendoza says. “Our master-planned community at the Reserve is nestled among avocado orchards and rolling hills. It’s tranquility at its best.”

Mendoza says buyers are interested in Irvine because of its national reputation for schools, safety, parks and open space. And the Irvine Master Plan has created a series of villages that balance these elements with nearby job centers and shopping.

An added benefit of homes in Orchard Hills, she adds, is the view. From the top of the city, you can see clear to the ocean.

“You should see it,” she says. “It’s gorgeous.”
