City’s mobile app offers help at your fingertips

The City of Irvine has enhanced its free Access Irvine app. A new customer service portal titled “How Can We Help” allows residents to report an issue, such as a parking concern. Service categories are identified with user-friendly icons that illustrate the service opportunity.

Residents can provide details and upload photos via the app. Requests are routed to the proper city department in real time to ensure a timely response. Items can be submitted anonymously, or residents can choose to provide contact information.

The app also provides users with details on the latest Irvine news and events.

Access Irvine is available for download in the Apple and Google Play app stores.
