Randy Reimer discovered his future home while driving through a part of Irvine he’d never seen.
“I saw these hillsides of avocado orchards and homes,” he says, recalling his drive along the 241 toll road. “So I exited and drove around. It was so beautiful and secluded. I knew this was where I wanted to live.”
Last year, he and his family moved into their new Orchard Hills home.
Reimer and his wife, Mayra – parents of three girls, 9, 7 and 8 months – enjoy Irvine’s nationally recognized schools, parks and safety.
Even their Yorkshire terrier approves of their walks through nearby open space.
“It’s perfect for our girls,” Reimer says. “The schools are great, and the people and parks are ideal for our family.”
