AMC upgrades Woodbridge theater

The AMC Classic theater at Woodbridge Village Center is undergoing major upgrades for reopening later this month.

The renovation will include reclining seats, remodeled restrooms, new paint and carpets, a refreshed concessions stand and a small bar. The five-screen cinema has been a staple of the Woodbridge community since it opened in 1980.

Woodbridge Village Center underwent a $30 million renovation in 2018 that included a new 1-acre plaza with views of North Lake.
