H Mart, a best-in-class Korean grocer, has opened in Westpark Plaza at Alton Parkway and Culver Drive. The nearly 60,000-square-foot grocer will include a food court featuring Korean noodles, tofu soup, ramen, katsu and sushi. It also features a kimchi bar and bakery as well as typical supermarket items. H Mart joins a variety of grocery shopping options in North Irvine that include Gelson’s Market, Amazon Fresh, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Pavilions, Ralphs, Grocery Outlet and Target.
