A ribbon-cutting ceremony in October featured business leaders and city officials. The cafe is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. Founded in 1979 in San Diego, Broken Yolk Cafe has nearly 40 locations nationwide.
