Irvine is the most pet-friendly city on the West Coast and the 10th-best in the U.S., a new WalletHub study finds. The study compared the nation’s 100 largest cities across 23 metrics ranging from veterinary care costs to the number of pet businesses to walkability. Irvine’s strongest scores came in outdoor spaces and animal care access.
