Taco Bell and sister chain Habit Burger & Grill will move into a 330,000-square-foot campus at Alton HQ by 2028.
The three-building site, owned by Irvine Company near Irvine Spectrum Center, marks Orange County’s largest new office lease in five years, according to the Los Angeles Times. More than 70,000 square feet larger than the shared current home, the upgraded campus will accommodate 1,100 workers and feature a test kitchen, cafe, fitness center and outdoor workspace.
