Jeffery Open Space Trail

The Jeffrey Open Space Trail is really a 76-acre linear park filled with surprises. The trail winds through meadows, tunnels and tree-lined stretches that offer 3.5 miles of uninterrupted beauty, nature and, at times, art and history.

3.5 miles long — eventually will run from mountains to the sea

$30 million project was created by Irvine Company and dedicated to City of Irvine

76 acre linear park was inspired by New York’s Central Park

1/3 of the city is preserved as open space, a tangible benefit of Irvine’s Master Plan
