The charm of tree-lined Eastwood Village is attracting buyers to new model homes that recently opened, bringing an open-air California lifestyle to the foothills of Irvine.

Planted with 15,000 trees, Eastwood Village offers walkable neighborhoods connected by parks, pathways and paseos leading to the adjacent Jeffrey Open Space Trail, a 3.5-mile linear park.
In recent years, Eastwood has become a sought-after village for its convenient central location. Today’s homebuyers are also spurred by historically low interest rates and a home-buying preference for the suburbs over urban centers.
