STACKS PANCAKE HOUSE
Walnut Village Center

Instagram-worthy menu items like Fruity Pebbles French Toast put Stacks on the social media map. But it’s also famous for its Hawaiian spin on brunch. There’s the Kalua Pork Benedict and the Hawaiian Loco Moco (rice topped with eggs, gravy and choice of burger, corned beef hash or Spam). There are plenty of American classics too.

EVERYDAY EATERY
Sand Canyon Plaza

A favorite at this authentic New Zealand brunch spot is the Green Brekkie Bowl with red quinoa,
a sunny egg, feta, roasted Brussels sprouts and a drizzle of walnut pesto. We’re fans of the espresso-infused mascarpone waffle with caramel sauce and bananas. For drinks, try the
homemade strawberry milk or lattes made with Stumptown Coffee.

POACHED NEIGHBORHOOD KITCHEN
Harvard Place Shopping Center

They do a legit Chilaquiles with tortilla chips, sunny-side up eggs, Mexican cheese, crema and avocado. Another favorite is the House Benedict with humanely raised Beeler’s ham, serrano aioli, hollandaise and paprika. For lighter fare, try the Egg Sandwich made with custard eggs, cheddar and Beeler’s bacon on a sesame brioche bun.
