Burnin’ Mouth heats up Spectrum Center

Burnin’ Mouth, known for its Korean-inspired chicken sandwich, will open at Irvine Spectrum Center.

Burnin’ Mouth, known for its Korean-inspired chicken sandwich, will open at Irvine Spectrum Center. The fast-casual restaurant opened its first store in Ventura County in January 2021 and has expanded quickly since.

Its main sandwiches are the Coo Coo Nashville-style hot chicken sandwich topped with coleslaw, crispy onion, pickles and comeback sauce, and the Bang Bang sandwich prepared with garlic soy or sweet chili flavor topped with coleslaw, crispy onion, pickles, ranch and comeback sauce. You can choose from five levels of spiciness.

Burnin’ Mouth will open near Regal Irvine Spectrum next to Silverlake Ramen.
