The recently opened Flippoly at Cypress Village Shopping Center “has cracked the secret code to making a good egg sandwich,” according to OC Register food critic Brad A. Johnson.
The sandwiches start with fresh-baked brioche – sliced, buttered and toasted to order – and layered with scrambled eggs that are creamy and fluffy. You can even add bulgogi, thin slices of Korean barbecue-style beef. Flippoly also serves whipped dalgona coffee topped with soft-melting traditional Korean honeycomb candy.
Cypress Village Shopping Center is along Jeffrey Road at Trabuco Road.
