Dave’s Hot Chicken, a street-food sensation turned a fast-casual hit, is now open at Culver Plaza.
The restaurant specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken, tenders and sliders. Chef Dave Kopushyan, who trained at the three-Michelin star French Laundry in Napa Valley, and his three friends started a tiny pop-up in an East Hollywood parking lot in 2017 selling hot chicken.
Culver Plaza is at the Culver Drive and Irvine Center Drive intersection.
