A new restaurant specializing in healthy and organic food has opened at Irvine Spectrum Center.
Earth Bowl Superfoods features custom bowls made from bases of sorbet, yogurt, chia and oats. The bowls can be topped with more than 40 natural ingredients, including granola, fresh fruit, seeds, pumpkin spice and matcha powder. Customers can also add all-natural sweeteners, like wildflower honey and agave. A variety of drinks, including kombucha and pressed juice, are also available. Orders can be made in person or online at myearthbowl.com.
Earth Bowl Superfoods is located next to Sephora, across from Wahoo’s Fish Taco.
