Javier’s Crystal Cove reinvestment follows the success of its 2021 reinvestment at Irvine Spectrum Center, which created an enormous 5,600-square-foot patio surrounded by lush palms, banana trees and birds of paradise.
“Customers gasp when they enter,” says Silvia Sosa, general manager of the Spectrum Javier’s and daughter of the restaurant’s namesake. “They say the experience is like being transported to Latin America – great food, service and amazing music.”
A flagship eatery at Spectrum Center since 2004, the Spectrum Javier’s has always been known for extraordinary design – soothing water features, bronze fire sculptures and meticulous stonework.
Now it’s known for extraordinary outdoor dining and “laid-back luxury” – the result of continuous improvement that has been Javier’s trademark since opening.
