I Heart Pancakes has opened its first Irvine location in the heart of Campus Plaza. The family-owned breakfast spot offers pancakes along with chicken and waffles, Texas French toast, decadent cheesecake-stuffed pancakes and cinnamon-roll French toast topped with mixed berries and powdered sugar. The restaurant also serves traditional cuisine, such as hamburgers, country fried steak, pot roast and other comfort food classics.
