IUSD students display at Festival of Arts

Nearly 50 Irvine Unified School District students were selected to exhibit their artwork at the prestigious Laguna Beach Festival of Arts Junior Art Exhibit, running through Aug. 29. Chosen from nearly 1,800 entries countywide, these students represent elementary, middle and high schools.

The displayed works span diverse artistic styles, from paintings and sculptures to short films, all highlighting IUSD’s robust arts curriculum and commitment to creativity.

The district provides arts classes as a core subject for pre-K through sixth grade and as an elective thereafter, with help from Irvine Company’s Excellence in Education Fund.
