One Shake Shack in Irvine wasn’t enough. The Market Place location, in addition to the Irvine Spectrum Center spot, offers its renowned Angus beef burgers, crinkle-cut fries, hand-spun shakes and house-made lemonades. The spot celebrates the launch with a dozen limited-time-only menu items, among them the Carolina BBQ burger with fried pickles, Oreo Cookie Funnel Cake shake and Mini Raspberry Popping Boba lemonade. Shake Shack started as a hot dog cart in a New York City park. Today, there are 350 locations.
