So Gong Dong Tofu, a Korean restaurant known for its signature tofu soup, has opened its first California location at Los Olivos Marketplace. Also known as SGD Dubu, the eatery specializes in hearty soondubu jjigae – a bubbling stew of silken tofu in a savory and spicy broth. The menu also features Korean barbecue staples such as marinated short ribs (galbi) and sliced beef (bulgogi), along with bibimbap, a rice dish topped with vegetables and seasoned sauces.
