Soup Shop has opened at Los Olivos Marketplace, bringing its nationally recognized Vietnamese comfort food to Irvine. Founded in 2019, Soup Shop began with a focus on pho, inspired by family recipes and built around slow-simmered broths, fresh herbs and quality proteins such as brisket, oxtail and shrimp.
With six locations across Southern California, the growing brand recently earned a No. 12 spot on Yelp Elites’ 50 favorite spots for pho across the U.S. and Canada. Popular menu items include pho rib bones, garlic noodles and filet mignon.
